Winners of National Catering Butchers of the Year 2004

As voted by the readers of Meat and Poultry News, Fairfax Meadow beat off stiff competition from Aubrey Allen, Donald Russell and Nigel Fredrick to win the award, which was presented at The Meat and Poultry News Meat Industry Awards Dinner on Wednesday 8th December 2004.

Fairfax Meadow's Sales Director, Penny Tomlinson collected the award, which was presented by Linford Christie and Noel Dawson, representing Lucus Ingredients, the category sponsor.

Penny's comments in reaction to winning the award "This is an excellent achievement which reflects on the effort of all in the company, particularly as this is the second time in three years, we have won this award!".
