Fairfax Meadow is proud to announce their sponsorship of the 2005 Roux Scholarship.

The competition, which is judged by a host of celebrated names from the culinary world, including Michel and Albert Roux, starts it's regional heats in March 2005 and culminates in the National finals, held at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London in April.
