We are pleased to have been a supplier to Chanel 4’s ‘The f Word’ hosted by Celebrity Chef, Gordon Ramsay during July and August. The Restaurant, in Chelsea’s Imperial Wharf, played host to numerous famous faces during the 9 show series, providing main course culinary delights, such as fillet of beef, saddle of lamb, belly of pork and duck breast, all sourced from Fairfax Meadow.

New Business Partnerships
Fairfax Meadow is pleased to announce that we have further strengthened our position as the UK’s Premier Catering butcher by successfully securing a contract to supply Catering Partnership Ltd.
The contract commenced in July 2006 for a 2 year period and involves the direct supply of all fresh/cooked meat & poultry. Catering Partnership provide high quality staff catering services to a range of industrial and commercial clients. As foodservice experts, the client base stretches from the North of England to the South East with the majority of the business situated in the Midlands area of the UK.
In April 2006, Fairfax Meadow successfully fought off proposals from our competitors to secure a contract to supply Kew Green Hotels.
The initial contract is for 1 year, with a view to extending based on National sole supply of all fresh/frozen/cooked meats & poultry to the 17 hotels in the group.
