If you want high specification outdoor reared pork combined with your own selection of herbs & spices we will work with you to create, test and perfect your recipe. Once approved we then train all our production staff on your recipe so that you can relax in the knowledge that your sausage will be unique to you and will always be produced the way in which you want it.

You don’t have to go with your own recipe, we stock a brilliant range of everyday sausages with flavour combinations that are sure to impress your customers, Pork & Leek, Cumberland, and even Wild Boar along with classy high meat content burgers in a range of sizes to suit you. These are ideal for all menus and taste great.
