We have developed our own range of UK grain fed Beef. Our Casterbridge Beef range from selected supply farms and sired from traditional breeds has been endorsed by some of the country’s top chefs including Jason Atherton, Executive Chef at Maze & Maze Grill & winner of the 2008 Great British Menu Starter & Main course dishes.
