At Fairfax Meadow, we've been putting great meat on menus for almost fifty years, and we couldn't have done this without our team of highly skilled butchers.

Butchery is a traditional skill and over the years we've trained up many team members to become butchers. Although they may not be customer facing, let it be said that every piece of meat that leaves our sites has been checked over by one of the team, and they're an essential part of the business.

So, we're proud to support National Butchers' Week.
