Fairfax Meadow Managing Director, Penny Tomlinson, attended the Meat Business Women launch in Ireland. Meat Business Women is a global professional networking group for women working in the meat industry and the first event in Ireland took place in August at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dublin.

Over 70 representatives from the Irish meat industry, including independent butchers and processors, heard from a panel discussing challenges and opportunities within the UK & Irish beef processing sector. 

The day was a huge success and an opportunity to build relationships and network with fellow industry members.
