In January, we launched our new initiative to show gratitude to our colleagues who have gone above and beyond in their role at Fairfax Meadow.
We asked the team across all sites to consider who has delivered on our values – Professional , Passionate and Trusted.
Congrats to our January winner, Michelle McLean, who joined the team at Tilbrook last year.
Here’s what Chris Jacob, Operations Director, had to say in his nomination for Michelle:
“I would like to nominate Michelle McLean, Tilbrook Receptionist. Michelle joined us in late 2019 in a new role for the depot and has developed/grown the job so now not only looks after front of house, she orders packaging, orders dry goods for the factory, ensures all amenities are tidy and clean.
Michelle is always busy and looking for the next task, very approachable and goes above and beyond in her duties. Michelle has become the face of Fairfax at Tilbrook.”
Michelle is our first winner and most definitely “A Cut Above the Rest”.
