This week the senior leadership team had an away day, an opportunity to get together and share plans for the coming year. It was great to get the different departments all together face to face, especially after the past two years.

We recently conducted an online survey with all of our team members to find out more about how they feel about working at Fairfax. This valuable insight and feedback was discussed at length and will be played out across the business through our team leaders, internal Worklplace social media platform and comms documents.

The focus was on moving forward, and we’re all looking forward to delivering on the exiting plans - together.
