And look what we’re launching now - Perfectly dry aged pork!

British outdoor reared pork loins going into their second week of dry ageing in one of our Himalayan salt chambers at our Fairfax London site.

The feedback has been fantastic and we're excited to see them featuring on menus across the UK.
